Pacific Market Center Attracts 26 New or Expanded Showrooms
Furniture World Magazine
Pacific Market Center anounced that it will be introducing 26 new or expanded showrooms to its five floors of design-driven space for the Show. The showrooms are filled with more than 100 new lines of the latest products in every category, many reflecting today’s hottest trends from “green” and sustainable to gourmet food and cooking at home. One of the many new showrooms, Food for Thought (suite 530), carries Bag Ladies Tea, a line of English Breakfast tea packaged in tins tagged with insightful and humorous quotes, among other exciting new product lines. Plus, Pacific Market Center is home to more leading edge lines than ever before in the many expanded showrooms including Ritz Sisters, Murdock & White, Jenny Hammons Northwest and more.
Pacific Market Center’s showrooms are also introducing new lines, including Holden & Co. (suite 229) which introduced a line of Minoux handcrafted sterling silver jewelry from northwest artists, and Montrose Enterprises (suite 584/587) has introduced a line of Plover Organics certified organic cotton bed linens, quilts, decorative pillows, table linens and baby bedding. The Melissa Dodge showroom (suite 225) has introduced several new lines including Fields Organics cleaners that are eco smart, kid friendly, non toxic and safely formulated for everyday use without harm to little ones of the planet, Redbird Couture unique infant car seat covers that are works of art, and Green to Grow BPA-free plastic bottles, organic cotton totes and baby clothes. Additionally, the Scarlett showroom (suite 115/219) has introduced a new line of EcoLogic Products including the signature Eco Collection™ tableware line, which is the first FDA approved tableware of its kind, developed from their proprietary blend of natural plant fibers and earth based resins.
“The Pacific Northwest is an exciting, happening place that is active and full of vitality despite the uncertain economy. With 26 new or expanded showrooms debuting at the Winter Gift & Home Accessories Show, we couldn’t be more pleased about continuing to provide buyers with a vibrant and product filled market place” said Lisa Goodman, marketing director of Pacific Market Center. “We’re also pleased to again offer complimentary educational opportunities with industry experts at the show to assist buyers in these tough economic times.”
