Tradewins Furniture announced that it will introduce its Coronado Bungalow collection at the April High Point Market. According to company CEO Tom Underhill, the new collection is strongly influenced by the simple, clean lines of furniture designed at the turn of the 20th century by architects Charles Sumner Greene and Henry Mather Greene. “We’ve remained loyal to this classic look from a hundred years ago, but added contemporary features to make the pieces highly functional for today’s electronics-oriented and space-challenged consumers. Top quality is evidenced throughout, from the solid cherry construction to the six step finish process with four coats of hand rubbed lacquer to the hand carved hardware and perfectly balanced European drawer guides,” he added. Extensive storage is the key to this sophisticated collection that offers two beds, including a pedestal bed with two full length pull-out drawers fitted with dividers, and two dining table options, one with a felt-lined base designed to hold three leaves, and sized with room for fourteen chairs. Other convenient features include flip-up backs on the nightstands with three plugs for charging cell phones and laptops, and an impressive hutch buffet with dual storage for red and white wine selections. Tradewins Furniture’s High Point showroom is located at Center Point 106, and in Las Vegas, their showroom is Space 901 in Building B.
