As the home furnishings industry readies itself for the upcoming spring High Point market, Abbyson Corporation is preparing to introduce brand new products and programs. “Variety is the spice of life!” The advantage of having a variety of dramatic furniture is that we are able to satisfy a diverse range of customers and designers.” said Yavar Rafieha, Vice President of Marketing and Sales. Abbyson Corporation, a home furnishings designer and distributor that doubled its IHFC Design Center showroom in 2006, will be launching two new furniture lines in High Point. The company will debut its luxurious DuPont and Cologne collections at the upcoming market in addition to showing the popular Park Avenue furniture line. DuPont includes contemporary case goods, chairs, and bedroom furniture with an espresso finish, while Cologne features leather sofas and living room furniture. The new additions to Abbyson’s furniture lines come paired with a new customization program that Abbyson will offer in High Point for the first time. The company now offers all furniture pieces to be customized according to customer preference. The leather, upholstery, wood finish, and other attributes of each piece can be altered to suit any customer’s taste. In fact, Abbyson will be bringing over 200 color and finish choices to the upcoming market. “We have been a leader in modernization and change from the beginning; and this is why we have taken our home furnishings to the next level with customization options.” said Yavar Rafieha. In addition to new furniture, Abbyson will also debut over 18 new rug designs in March. These hand-knotted Tibetan rugs are created with beautiful Himalayan sheep wool and many contain pure silk as well. Though these designs contain a range of styles, many of the rugs have traditional designs. “Traditional and transitional designs are really coming back this year,” said Alexandra DeCicco, Marketing and Sales Manager for Abbyson. “We are introducing these designs as a response to high customer demand.” Adding on to an already impressive arsenal of marketing tools, Abbyson will also release its new rug and Park Avenue furniture catalogs in High Point. “We want to provide customers with a good idea of our product designs from all angles and aspects with these catalogs,” said Rafieha. “Our goal is to give back to the customer by creating the best marketing materials and making it easier for our customers to sell by using them.” To see all that Abbyson has to offer, please visit them in the IHFC Design Center, Third Floor, Showroom D-337, contact the corporate office at (800) 600-7729, or log on to www.Abbyson.com.
