Kincaid, one of the United States' largest manufacturers of solid wood furniture, has announced the opening of a Kincaid® Home Furnishings store in Edmonton, Alberta, located at 2004 101st Street. The full-line store features a variety of bedroom, dining room, upholstery, entertainment and occasional furnishings, as well as a professionally-staffed in-store design center, creating a one-stop furniture shopping and home decorating experience for customers. The new 4,500 square-foot store is located directly next door to a La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries® store and features more than 20 collections of Kincaid furniture that appeal to a variety of design tastes - from casual contemporary and country to European traditional and West Indies exotic. These collections are updated regularly to ensure that customers have access to the latest styles and trends in furnishings for every room of the home. "Kincaid offers something for everyone - whether it's the young apartment dweller wanting a sleek and modern look, or a family who dreams of outfitting an entire home in 18th century-inspired furnishings," said Mohammed Moussa, store owner." The craftsmanship and quality of Kincaid furniture combined with our professionally-trained design staff and friendly customer service adds up to an easy and satisfying shopping experience. The Kincaid Difference Every piece of furniture in a Kincaid Home Furnishings store is crafted of solid wood, offering customers the ultimate in quality for their homes. This dedication to quality goes beyond the manufacturing process to each factory-trained store salesperson. Having viewed firsthand the construction of their store's furnishings, Kincaid's salespeople truly know the merchandise inside and out." As a result, they possess a rare level of product knowledge that allows them to answer even the most detailed customer questions. In addition to the entire selection of solid wood furnishings, each Kincaid Home Furnishings store features accent pieces, including lamps, area rugs, tabletop items and bedding available for sale. The store is built around numerous room vignettes that showcase Kincaid collections fully outfitted with these decorative accessories. Designed to provide inspiration and spark imagination, customers may interact with these vignettes and even purchase all of the showcased merchandise to replicate the look in their own homes. Each Kincaid Home Furnishings store also offers two exclusive private label brands. The first, Maestro by Kincaid, is a line of casual dining pieces that may be mixed and matched with a home's current dining room furnishings or used to create an entire room. Kincaid also has partnered with Serta on a selection of private label mattresses to complement the solid wood beds and bedding accessories sold in each store. Professional Design Assistance Every Kincaid Home Furnishings store is built around a design center, which is staffed by consultants to provide customers with ideas and personal assistance. Included in the design center are resources that allow customers to create their own sofas and chairs by choosing from hundreds of fabric and leather covers, frames and fringes. "By offering an incredible variety of high quality and high style furniture and accessories, the Kincaid Home Furnishings stores empower customers to create the homes or rooms of their dreams," said Todd Hady, vice president of sales and marketing for Kincaid. "With knowledgeable salespeople and design consultants committed to assisting customers with every step of the furniture-buying process, we're able to create a rewarding shopping experience in a comfortable environment."
