Lisa Goodman Is New Marketing Director For Seattle Gift Center

The Seattle Gift Center has appointed Lisa Goodman as marketing director and Julie Trott to its new marketing team. Goodman has more than 20 years of experience in the business-to-business and consumer industry sectors, most recently in the consulting practice. She has worked extensively with retail and hospitality leaders such as Starbucks, Expedia, Office Depot, Ralph Lauren Polo, Westin Hotels and Resorts, Western Exhibitors and IDG World Expo. Currently, Goodman is co-authoring the upcoming book The End of Service: Rewriting the Relationship Between Your Company and Your Customer. In addition, Goodman was president and CEO at Service Intelligence, a company she founded and sold in Seattle, and continued on as vice president of brand development. Prior to her position at Service Intelligence, Goodman served as a U.S. Department of Defense contractor where she managed multiple marketing campaigns, and as a principal of a Washington D.C.-based healthcare marketing consulting firm. Prior to her new position at The Seattle Gift Center, Trott served as territory manager for Gift Box Corporation of America in Seattle and managed the showroom at The Seattle Gift Center. While at Gift Box Corporation of America, Trott founded and owned a consulting firm which was the exclusive Northwest representative for Gift Box Corporation for 10 years.
