La-Z-Boy Names New Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications

La-Z-Boy Incorporated announced the appointment of Kathy Liebmann as Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. Liebmann will work with the buy- and sell-side investor community with additional responsibility for coordinating internal communications. Before joining La-Z-Boy, she worked for 15 years with various flagship financial communications firms as a consultant to both US and non-US companies in a multitude of sectors, where she developed and implemented both investor and public relations programs. For the past four years, Liebmann was with the Spear, Leeds & Kellogg Division of Goldman Sachs. Liebmann will report to Mark Stegeman, Treasurer of La-Z-Boy. Commenting on the appointment, Stegeman said, "We are pleased to have Kathy as part of our team. She is a seasoned professional with a long history of working with Wall Street. Communicating with the investment community is of critical importance to La-Z-Boy's senior management and Kathy's depth and breadth of experience will be a great addition to our ongoing outreach with this audience." Liebmann graduated with a BA in English and Journalism from Montclair State University.
