Mel Martinez Resigns From La-Z-Boy Board

Norton, La-Z-Boy's chairman said, "It is bitter sweet that we are accepting Mel's resignation in light of his successful election as a United States Senator representing the citizens of the State of Florida. Although Mel served on our board only a short time, his knowledge and perspectives were extremely valuable to our company. We wish Mel the best as he unselfishly continues his long history of public service."
