Research Firm To Interview Designers In High Point

Furniture World Magazine

on

Accountability Information Management, Inc. (AIM), a leading B2B independent research firm, will conduct exclusive market research at High Point Market. Designers will be paid $5 for 5 Minutes and have the opportunity to win an iPad 2 for giving their time and opinions. This will provide insights directed to the home furnishing industry and help to improve marketing strategies, including meeting the needs of their customers – the designers.

AIM will conduct surveys in the Longleaf Collection and Thomas Richard Collection booths, co-sponsors of the research, during High Point Market at the Suites at MarketSquare. The research will be conducted at the LongLeaf Collection booth M-5017 all day on Saturday, October 22, and at the Thomas Richard Collection booth I-638 all day on Sunday, October 23, 2011.

The offer is simple: designers will receive $5 for 5 Minutes and be entered into a drawing to win an iPad 2. Designers will be paid on the spot for their opinions and must turn in their Coming to Market? postcard to be entered into the iPad 2 drawing.  Designers who have not received a postcard in the mail can call 847-358-8558 to request one. A limited amount of postcards will also be given out at the booth on a first-come, first-serve basis.

During High Point Market, AIM will interview designers asking a few open-ended questions to elicit their honest, unbiased responses. The AIM research will uncover what is most important to designers when working with manufacturers and selecting products, among other findings.

Those who cannot attend High Point Market can fill out the survey online at www.a-i-m.com/highpointmarket to get their $5 for 5 Minutes.

The results will be compiled and standardized into a report, made available for anyone in the home furnishings industry who wants solid marketing research to help them plan their marketing strategy for 2012. To receive the results from AIM call 847-358-8558. This research will provide insights on improving marketing strategies directed to the home furnishings industry.

“Because this is the one of largest events that brings the home furnishings industry together in a common platform,” said Jim Nowakowski, AIM President, “this is an ideal venue to talk with designers and to gather information about product selection that matters to manufacturers. Everyone in business should use market research when planning their marketing strategy, and we’re presenting a prime opportunity for this industry to learn from designers before they plan.”

High Point Market is one of the largest international trade show events dedicated to the home furnishings industry, and is the ultimate destination for viewing the latest and greatest products, furniture, and designs.

As a leading research and marketing organization, AIM focuses on designers as one of the primary audiences for its clients. AIM’s proprietary, third-party research report compares and evaluates attendee responses. This approach and insightful analysis provides the accountability you've been looking for – but can't get elsewhere.
