Leading natural and organic bedding producer, Natura World, said that its first U.S. manufacturing center in Wichita Falls, TX reached an important milestone after only a few months of operation, exceeding 1,000 mattresses a day for big box retail and some of its larger domestic dealers.

Last year, Natura World bought a 478,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing center located 2.5 hours northwest of Dallas. It currently employs 70 at the site, sharing the complex with one of its sister businesses, NexGel and a supplier, Latex International.

“Wichita Falls’ central location, excellent workforce, and the generous incentives from state and local sources have resulted in a truly exceptional opportunity for us,” said Natura World President Ralph Rossdeutscher. “It is exciting to see how far we have come from our announcement last year. I am grateful to the local, regional and state officials who have helped facilitate our opening, and our employees for helping us reach this day.”

Rossdeutscher added that Wichita Falls’ location in Northern Texas gives the plant tremendous highway access to all points in the United States, significantly reducing product shipment time to its retailers.

Natura World is a family-owned business with a unique approach to sleep.  They develop innovative products for all areas of sleep, not just a mattress or a pillow.
