IHFC Exhibitors Plan Grand Openings, Ribbon-Cuttings

The IHFC announced that it welcomes many new exhibitors and expanded showrooms this Market. Ribbon cuttings and events include: 

Acacia Home & Garden, W346 — Ribbon Cutting Saturday, April 25, 3:00 PM.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday, April 24, 25 & 26, stop in for wine between 3-5 PM on Saturday and Sunday. On Friday and Saturday, author (and Acacia Home licensee) Bonnie Jesseph will sign copies of her celebrated cookbook series W.I.N.O.S., Women In Need Of Sanity. You can also sample her signature chocolate fondue recipes.

Howard Miller, C402 — Sunday, April 26, 10:00 AM. TV star and design guru Ty Pennington cuts the ribbon on Howard Miller's new, expanded showroom, and talks about his licensed Total Home line.

Hekman, a Howard Miller brand, will have a ribbon-cutting for its showroom,  C735, on Saturday, April 25 at 10:00 AM.

Bougainvillea, D335 — Saturday, April 25, 11 AM. The Atlanta-based company debuts its high-end natural floral designs and candles with a ribbon-cutting event.

Norwalk Furniture, D1015 —Saturday, April 25, 11:00 AM. A ribbon-cutting event celebrating Norwalk's return to High Point and the launch of the three-gallery showroom that includes Best of Norwalk and licensee Candice Olson's line.

Rowe Fine Furniture, C1103 — Friday, April 24, 2:00 PM. A ribbon-cutting event celebrating the company's new showroom;  Rowe and its portfolio of brands, Rowe, Clayton Marcus and Robin Bruce, and their new lines.

Turning House Furniture, IH101, G001A — Saturday, April 25, 4:00-4:30 PM. Making their High Point debut, Turning House cuts the ribbon on its line of hardwood furniture made from reclaimed beams and flooring. Note that Turning House occupies two spaces in IHFC; in the Green Wing and in InterHall. Ribbon-cutting at Green Wing showroom.

CAL Lighting, D309 — Saturday, April 25, 10:00 AM. Ribbon-cutting for the new showroom, and the exceptional lighting products within.

 Veneman, M126 — Saturday, April 25, 10:30 AM. Cutting the ribbon on its new 7,500 square foot space in the Main Wing, and introducing dealers to its new licensing agreements with Disney® and Roger Thomas.

Roma, D340 — Saturday, April 25, 4:00 PM. Renowned designer and manufacturer of avant-garde, meticulously crafted mouldings, Roma unveils its new line with a ribbon-cutting event.

j douglas, D319 — Saturday, April 25, 4:00 PM. Welcoming ceremony for one of the southeast's premier representative groups, and a new IHFC exhibitor.

Port 68, IH108 — Saturday, April 25, 2:00 PM.  Making its debut, Port 68's grand opening celebrates the launch of its new brand built around founders Mark Abrams' and Michael Yip's admiration for the rich bounty of the global marketplace. 

Opening in 1921, IHFC was the original showroom building in High Point and after 87 years of expansion remains the centerpiece of the world’s largest home-furnishings trade show that attracts more than 90,000 participants twice a year to 2,000 showrooms covering 11.5 million square feet. IHFC alone is home to 650 of the leading home-furnishings manufacturers, including 13 of the top 20 companies, and covers 3.5 million square feet.
