41st CIFF Guangzhou Recap

With the two phases of the China International Furniture Fair having just ended, CIFF Guangzhou reports that they had a turnout of more than 4,100 exhibitors and  major international furniture companies, along with 195,082 visitors from China and key international markets.

The fair lasted a total of 8 days, with the home furniture, decor, textiles and outdoor & leisure furniture part of the fair running March 18-21; and the office furniture, commercial furniture, hotel furniture and furniture machinery & raw materials running March 28-31. The exhibits were spread out over 800,000 square feet in the China Import & Export Fair Complex and Poly World Trade Centre Expo.

The layout was designed and optimized to facilitate professionals and buyers during the course of their visit, and subdivided into areas dedicated to the export market, the domestic market and to design market.


The venue gave life to luxury and accessibly-priced furniture, furniture with a Scandinavian touch, minimalist furniture items marked by pure lines and eclectic furnishing items that tell a story.

This edition also saw the announcement of a new collaboration agreement between the organizer of CIFF, China Foreign Trade Guangzhou General Corporation (CFTE), and the leading Chinese home furnishing distributor, Red Star Macalline. They announced their cooperation agreement to run CIFF Shanghai jointly in September 2018.

CIFF Shanghai will take place at the National Exhibition & Convention Center (Shanghai), Hongqiao, from September 10th to 13th, 2018.
