New Video Series Provides Field-Tested Tips To Increase Home Goods Retail Profitability And Efficiency

The 10 videos in the series will be released over a span of two months starting August 11, 2016 and cover a wide variety of topics to include GMROI, inventory management, key performance indicators, cash flow, distribution management and more.

In each video, David McMahon discusses his experiences throughout almost two decades working with home goods retailers. He shares what he’s seen work, best practices, and how to implement step-by-step plans that make true business impact – whether it’s instituting an effective selling system, balancing expenses for increased cash flow, or maximizing inventory velocity.
