ASFD Announces 2016 Pinnacle Award Judging Panel

The American Society of Furniture Designers reveiled that it will announce the 2016 Pinnacle™] Award Finalists in early August. Pinnacle winners will be announced at association’s annual awards banquet/ceremony that will take place on Monday, October 24th in the IHFC Ballroom during the Fall High Point Market.

Jason Phillips, ASFD President, notes, “We have an amazing group of esteemed judges from all sectors of the furniture industry. I am sure the entries will dazzle and we look forward to announcing the finalists this summer and the winners in the fall!”  

Judges for the 2016 Pinnacle™ Awards are:

• Dr. Jane Nichols, Department Chair of Home Furnishings and Interior Design, High Point University;

• Richard Prisco, Professor of Industrial Design, Appalachian State University;
