Alden Parkes Unveils Largest Accent Chair Introduction To-Date

Alden Parkes reports that their largest-ever introduction of accent chairs will happen at this Spring High Point Market. New chairs include additions to the popular Elliot, Pinnacles, Tiffany and Monaco Collections as well as an extensive offering of new stand-alone chairs that complement a wide range of styles. Known for their deft handling of natural materials and fine finishes, Alden Parkes mixes and matches wood, brass, glass, painted finishes, lacquer, applied leaf and vellum for a range of elegantly simple designs.

Accent chairs being introduced at this Market include:

  • New dining armchair and side chair from the Elliot Collection—clean, classic styling available in paint or specialty finishes.

  • Another take on mid-century modern, the Monaco Collection now includes a dining armchair, side chair, and bar chair with upholstered seats and a lounge chair, all highlighted with the collection’s sculptural brass hardware.

  • The upholstered Tiffany Chair, finished in glossy Tiffany white, features an interlocking circle motif, graceful turned front legs and splayed back legs.

  • The Bobbin Carved Chair has an exposed bobbin-carved wood frame finished in deep espresso and upholstered on the seat, back and arms. The chair is complemented with the upholstered Bobbin Carved Ottoman. 

  • The Victoria Chair combines traditional comfort with opulent detail: turned wood arm supports, upholstered seat and back, and brass caps on the front legs.

  • With gracefully flowing lines and elegant legs, the Sydney Chair is richly upholstered and finished in a warm hand-rubbed walnut stain.
