David Brian Sanders Announces Launch of New Furniture Collection at Las Vegas Market

David Brian Sanders, interior designer and sought-­‐after television personality, announced the launch of his debut furniture collection, David Brian Sanders: The Collection at the Las Vegas Market on August 2-­‐6.

The line is a cohesive blend of classic modern design and progressive manufacturing, creating pieces that are both affordable and beautiful. “My whole goal was to design, produce and offer quality, elegant and affordable goods that are accessible to everyone,” Sanders explains.

The first collection of the line consists of seating, tables and casegoods fabricated of natural walnut, many featuring high-­‐gloss lacquer accents that can be customized in a variety of colors and finishes including gold and silver leaf. Modern silhouettes and clean lines define the contemporary forms, while sophisticated finishes, elegant materials and clever details lend a richness not typically associated with furnishings at such a modest price point.

The collection was inspired by Sanders’ own grandmother, Stella, who was the epitome of elegance and style to the young designer. “My grandmother was the one who taught me about the finer things in life,” Sanders begins, “She came from humble roots but turned her life into a classy, sophisticated and glamorous adventure.” The collection – stylishly chic and surprisingly affordable – is an ode to Stella, with most of pieces bearing her name.

David Brian Sanders: The Collection consists of 12 innovative, customizable pieces for the living room, dining room and bedroom. The Stella Credenza and Stella Media Console will feature colorful high-­‐gloss lacquer legs and drawer interiors. The Stella Dining Table will feature a walnut base and natural marble stone top and the customizable Shelving Unit can cleverly change shapes to function as a traditional bookcase or a room divider. A curated selection of accessories, including ceramic tabletop items, woven baskets and lacquered trays round out the collection.
