Sunpan to move High Point showroom to Showplace 1200

Furniture source Sunpan Modern Home reported that it is moving into a new 20,000 square foot showroom in Showplace 1200, nearly tripling its floor presence from its previous location in Interhall at the IHFC building.

The new showroom opening this upcoming October High Point Market is directly located on the main floor of the Showplace building. The company’s marketing director, Katherine Kalen, states, “we are absolutely thrilled to move into this new and larger showroom in Showplace. The prominent location and increased square footage of our new showroom will provide valuable exposure, and allow us to better showcase our large selection of upholstery and case goods, including over 200 new pieces.” The showroom will be merchandised mainly by room settings and collections, comprising pieces from its broad range of upholstery, hard goods and art categories.

This move comes at an important growth period for the company. Earlier this year, Sunpan doubled its showroom space to 15,000 square feet in Las Vegas, relocating to Showroom B700 at the World Market Center.

A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on Sunday, October 19th at 3:00pm in Sunpan’s new showroom, Showplace 1200. Champagne, hors d’oeuvres and desserts will also be served from 3:00-6:00pm.
