Protect-A-Bed® Launches ‘REM-Fit Life’

Protect-A-Bed® reported that it recently launched a new video channel ‘REM-Fit Life’ that features health and fitness tips from well-known Chicago-based CrossFit coach and personal trainer Kevin Houston.

The YouTube channel supports the company’s newest bedding system, REM-Fit, which stands for Rest, Energize, Motivate. Protect-A-Bed is embracing its newest line geared toward active individuals and plans additional avenues to support the REM-Fit brand.

Kevin Houston, who is the owner and head coach at CrossFit Autonomy, will post weekly videos on nutrition, fitness, health and balance. The videos will feature tips on how to improve one’s health and fitness levels. Houston uses a scientific approach to fitness, incorporating empirical data to drive his programming and nutritional advice. He prefers to use methods that maximize efficiency, efficacy and safety.

“I want to help people be the best versions of themselves,” said Houston. “I work with runners, CrossFitters, triathletes and other endurance athletes, and I help people get to the next level by looking at what they can do outside of training to improve. People perform at their best when they are properly rested.”

Houston joins celebrity CrossFit athlete Camille Leblanc-Bazinet as a spokesperson for the REM-Fit brand. The REM-Fit Total Sleep Recovery System includes the Rest Adjustable Pillow, the Energize Mattress and Pillow Protector and the Motivate Mattress and Pillow Protector.
