Delandis Furniture To Introduce New Styles & Designs At High Point Market

Furniture World News Desk on 3/24/2014

While many parts of the industry are being challenged balancing higher leather prices against consumer demand, DeLandis Furniture reported that it is using its production advantage to deliver six new high quality leather options at competitive price points for its lineup of furniture models at the upcoming High Point Market, April 5th-10th. The introductions will round out the company’s recently expanded upholstery offerings, including a total of 10 leather options.

For the new leather options, DeLandis turned to several key tanneries to create higher quality hand-finished, hand-rubbed and dimensional grained supple leather in a range of traditional and modern colors, including dark brown, rust, bright red and crisp white tones. The new introductions will be available on all of the company’s current power motion and stationary furniture constructions.

“Leather furniture is known for being the perfect blend of style and durability, making it a popular choice for retailers and consumers alike. Despite recent market trends that have driven up the cost of the material, we have developed a number of new leather articles that are not only unique on showroom floors but maintain a high level of performance durability and reliability at velocity price points,” said DeLandis Furniture President of Sales and Product Development Larry Crink. “Our focus is to bring our customers more unique furniture options suited for the American home aesthetic. Our latest leather finishes are expanding our varied product base on an even wider scale, and we will continue to introduce innovative solutions for our customers.”

DeLandis Furniture is showing at the High Point Furniture Market at the IHFC Hamilton Wing, Showroom 1104.
