E.S. Kluft & Company Announces Promotion of Ben Nouri to Senior Vice President of Operations

Luxury bedding manufacturer E.S. Kluft & Company announced the promotion of Ben Nouri to the position of senior vice president of operations. Nouri joined the company at the end of 2020 as vice president of operations, reporting directly to Jon Stowe, managing director of E.S. Kluft.
“Over the past three years at E.S. Kluft, Ben has played a pivotal role in elevating our manufacturing operations process. He successfully implemented the 5S methodology, enhancing efficiency and organization within the production environment,” said Stowe. “Ben has also been instrumental in assembling a high-performing operations manufacturing, quality, and commodity team, contributing to the overall success and growth of E.S. Kluft & Company.”
Additionally, under Nouri’s leadership, E.S. Kluft expanded its manufacturing capabilities to a third factory, located in Grand Prairie Texas, which opened in November 2022 and is now fully operational.
In his new role, Nouri will continue to lead and drive operational excellence within the organization, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency across all aspects of manufacturing.
Prior to joining E.S. Kluft, Nouri served as an operations executive with extensive experience in global manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and engineering in the transportation, aerospace, medical and computer industries.
