• Implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system set for full launch by year-end. This system automates various sectors such as finance, human resources, manufacturing, supply chain, services, and procurement while preserving traditional techniques.

• Ongoing retail-focused research, initiated in 2022, resulting in a comprehensive report and guidebook for retail partners in April 2023. This project enhances support for independent retailers in understanding their marketing data and driving ROI.

• Introduction of a dedicated trainer on staff, optimizing the training process and enhancing the professional experience for the internal team and retail associates.

• A strategic focus on procurement and logistics to source new fabrics, natural materials, and fibers, reinforcing the commitment to delivering high-quality products.
