Ashley Debuts New Leather Collection at 2023 Miami Art Week Marking

Ashley recently announced the release of its new leather collection, now shoppable online and at retail locations across the country. The brand made a splash with its debut at the 2023 Miami Art Week's SCOPE Art Show in Miami Beach, Florida. Partnering with international collage artist Clare Celeste, Ashley crafted an engaging, nature-inspired exhibit to introduce its latest product range.

Centering the exhibit was the "Emilia" sofa, a modular design from Ashley's collection, positioned not just as furniture but as a work of art. The "Caramel" leather hue of the sofa paired seamlessly with the vivid botanical art of Clare Celeste, while Ashley's distinctive orange accents provided an eye-catching contrast to the naturalistic theme.

Clare Celeste's body of work, known for integrating elements of nature through hand-cut images into detailed compositions, was born from her diverse cultural experiences. She reflects, "Home brings people together, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to have teamed up with Ashley, a new type of collaboration for me, as it allowed me to reunite with my own family. Being based in Berlin full time, I had not seen my mother in six months and my sister in just over a year. This partnership with Ashley was more than an art exhibit for me, it was a reunion and ultimate coming home."

Visitors to the SCOPE Art Show were treated to an exclusive preview of Ashley's new leather pieces and had the opportunity to shop the collection on the spot via QR codes. The exhibit also invited guests to immerse themselves in a space where art and domestic life converge, capturing the essence of nature and nurture at home.
