Saatva & Bedding Industries of America Statement on Merger

Saatva and Bedding Industries of America (BIA) have formalized their longstanding partnership through a company merger. Bedding Industries of America has been the exclusive mattress supplier to Saatva, the internet’s leading luxury mattress retailer since its inception more than a decade ago.

Ron Rudzin, Saatva CEO, and Stuart Carlitz, BIA founder, are optimistic about the opportunities this merger will generate for the combined organization.  Saatva will benefit from a vertically integrated supply chain, while BIA can leverage Saatva resources to better serve its brick-and-mortar retail customer base and strengthen its flagship Eclipse and Eastman House brands.
