Furniture World News Desk on 10/19/2021

Italian bedding manufacturer Magniflex has partnered with Tecno Zanotta Group on a new residential space concept, Zanotta House New York. Designed to be a functional – and shoppable – exhibition space, Zanotta House occupies a five-story townhouse at 23 Cornelia Street in Manhattan’s trendy, design focused Greenwich Village.

Through the partnership, visitors to the residence will be able to experience Magniflex’s products in a functional, livable space giving them an opportunity to choose their comfort preferences. Magniflex will participate in the exhibition by displaying several of its most luxurious mattress offerings including the Toscana Cotton Grande Dual 12 and the Dolce Vita Comfort Dual 10. In addition, pillows from its Toscana and Superiore collections will also be featured throughout the houses two staged bedrooms.

“Magniflex is always looking for new wants to bring awareness to our products, especially to the design community,” Silvia Galasso, vice president of operation at Magniflex USA. “Zanotta House is a new business model focused on strengthening the connection between brands and its vast network of interior designers, architects and influencers, while also exposing them to premium Italian brands that they may have not been able to connect with previously.”

The residence will welcome architects and designers by appointment, offering private meeting spaces in addition to public events, art exhibitions and performances. Other partners in the project include Bellino Linens; Kvadrat for textiles and curtains; CCTapis for carpets; Wallpepper for wallpapers; Bosa for the ceramics; Venini for the glass vases and many other premium brands.
