Sleep America announced the following promotions and additions to its leadership team. Len Gaby, founder and CEO, was promoted to Chairman. In this capacity, Mr. Gaby will primarily focus on strategic planning and development. Dean Ritchey and Dan Mckinley are the newest additions to Sleep America. Mr. Ritchey joins the company as Executive Vice President and General Manager, and will oversee the daily operations of Sleep America. Mr. Mckinley joins the company as Vice President of Sales and will oversee all sales activities. Both Mr. Ritchey and Mr. Mckinley have extensive mattress retail experience that will help the continued development of the Sleep America brand. Sleep America is the largest mattress retailer in Arizona. Founded in 1997 by Debbie Gaby and her husband, Len, Sleep America has over 150 employees and more than 44 store locations statewide. The duo blended their experience—his in the mattress supply and furniture industries and hers in interior design and real estate—to launch the venture.
