Woodard Reorganizes Sales And Marketing Department

Woodard, Inc. announced the following changes to the organization of its Sales and Marketing Department. The changes are effective immediately.
Tom Keating will assume the newly created position of Vice President, Design and Product Planning. In this capacity, Keating will be responsible for ensuring Woodard, Inc. is at the forefront of design leadership. Prior to assuming this new role, Keating was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and has been with Woodard, Inc. for over 12 years.
Dean Engelage will assume the role of Vice President, Sales and Marketing. In this position, Engelage will manage and develop all sales channels (Retail, Contract, International, Mass Merchant), define and execute Woodard's marketing strategy, and oversee all marketing activities. Prior to assuming this new role, Engelage was the Director of Marketing and has been with Woodard, Inc. for two years.
Mel Cohen, Vice President Planning and Development of CC Industries, Woodard's parent company, comments, "Woodard has experienced tremendous growth over the past two years in each of its channels of distribution. We have made these changes in order to most effectively serve our various customer bases."
