Chili Technology, the manufacturer of heating and cooling, sleep systems announced that it has named David Dowdy as their new Director of Sales. Dowdy will be responsible for national sales strategy development and implementation, customer loyalty initiatives and professional development and retention of the company's sales professionals. “David Dowdy’s appointment marks a new and exciting time for Chili Technology” said Todd Youngblood, chief executive officer and president, Chili Technology. “He will focus on cross-functional collaboration that enables Chili Technology to achieve its aggressive growth objectives. His exceptional leadership skills in strategic planning, sales and organizational development will serve us well” Dowdy offers more than 20 years experience in packaged consumer products, manufacturing, and account management with leading companies such as Procter & Gamble, Worth Chemical Corporation, Chemgard, Inc, and Quest Custom Homes, Inc. among others.
