NEHDS Logistics Begins Macy’s, Inc.’s Raritan, NJ Operations

NEHDS Logistics LLC recently announced that it began operations on its largest undertaking to date: home delivery for Macy’s, Inc.’s furnishings, servicing CT, NJ, NY and PA, with a projected 50-80 daily truck count. With 12 years of home delivery experience, NEHDS was prepared for the opportunity, and able to stand by its commitment to purchase and deliver 50 new, 2019 Hino straight trucks by opening day of the partnership.

Working with NEHDS’ trusted truck dealer, Jason Jarvis of New England Truck Solutions (North Attleboro, RI), the promise to supply 50 new, 2019 Hino trucks on Day 1 of the Macy’s, Inc. operations represented a significant logistical effort and capital investment from NEHDS, in addition to hiring and training the more than 130 NEHDS employees on the Macy’s team, including delivery personnel, on-site management and support staff.
