Frank Harrison to Keynote 31st Annual Prayer Breakfast

Frank Harrison III, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc., will give the keynote address at the 31st Annual Prayer Breakfast here on April 12th, 2024.
According to the hosts of the breakfast, “As the fourth-generation family leader of what has become the nation’s largest Coca-Cola bottler, Frank is focused on creating a culture of servant leaders whose values and actions honor God. We are looking forward to a great event with our colleagues and anticipate an impactful morning of fellowship.”
Nido Qubein, president of High Point University, will introduce Harrison. The program will also feature devotional music provided by members of the High Point University’s Chamber Singers.
At the breakfast, Harrison will talk about the importance of a purpose-driven culture, servant leadership, generosity, excellence, growth, and much more. “Getting the culture right,” Harrison says, “is the key to driving great results.”
In 2008, Frank and his late son, James Franklin Harrison, IV, co-founded Open Eyes, a public, non-profit ministry dedicated to equipping leaders throughout the world who serve those in need and share the message of the Gospel. Frank has personally led multiple teams to the war-torn country of Sudan, just one of the countries where Open Eyes is currently focusing its efforts.
Harrison, a graduate of the University of North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Duke University, officially began his career with Coca-Cola Consolidated in 1977, but his roots in the Coca-Cola system date back to 1902, when his great-grandfather J.B. Harrison first introduced Coca-Cola to the Carolinas.
Prior to being named Chairman and CEO in 1996, Frank worked in several entry-level positions including running routes and operating bottling lines.
Since 1977, Frank has served in a variety of operational and leadership roles throughout the company.
Frank lives in Charlotte, NC but also enjoys spending time on his farm outside of Charlotte with his wife Jan of 45 years, their three married daughters, and nine grandchildren.
The Transformation Factor: Leading Your Company for Good, for God, and for Growth is Harrison’s recent book.
In keeping with tradition, the goal of the Prayer Breakfast is to bring a message to attendees that is spiritual as well as practical.
As a convenience to attendees, buses will be provided to pick up and drop off attendees to the breakfast from downtown High Point. In addition, onsite parking at High Point University will be available for those who opt to drive. Doors are open for attendees beginning at 6:20am.
Tickets are available at a cost of $25 each and include a full breakfast.
