Chad Spencer, CEO of Memphis-based Dufresne Spencer Group, the largest Ashley HomeStore licensee in the country and ranked 32nd among Furniture/Today’s Top 100 Furniture Retailers, will keynote the 26th Annual High Point Market Prayer Breakfast.

Finding God’s vision and purposes for life, family and work will be the message theme at the Prayer Breakfast, set for Friday, April 5, 2019, beginning at 7 a.m. and ending promptly at 8 a.m. in the Ballroom of the International Home Furnishings Center, located on the eleventh floor, (club level) of the Green Wing.
“I hope attendees will take away a new conviction around how hearing the voice of God is critical to finding true peace in the midst of pain, and how this experience shapes you as a leader,” Spencer said. He is the owner of nearly 100 furniture stores with 3,000 employees in across 15 states, serviced by over 25 distribution centers.

Named one of the 10 fastest-growing furniture retailers in the nation, Spencer is passionate about giving back to the community, and the retailer donates a portion of every eligible purchase to OneWorld Health, which provides life saving care to areas in the world lacking adequate medical facilities. Since introducing the program in 2018 to a portion of their stores, DSG have enabled over 92,000 individuals to have access to basic care when previously they did not. Through Hope to Dream, DSG has provided over 4,500 beds to children in their communities. Chad and his wife Kelley have three children.

Leading in music and worship at the breakfast will be Andy Peele, with i3Collective, a nonprofit organization that invests, inspires and impacts the local church.

Cost of admission for the breakfast is $30 per ticket, which includes breakfast. You can purchase a table for 8 people for $240, and a half-table of 4 people for $120. Participants and companies are encouraged to be General Breakfast Sponsors, making a contribution online.
