Fusion Designs Strengthens East Coast Sales Team with Additional Reps in Several Key States

Fusion Designs, a supplier of solid wood domestically produced case goods, has hired three new sales representatives to service dealers in the Eastern U.S. with territories encompassing Georgia, North and South Carolina, Delaware, New Jersey and Maryland.

After decades of strong performance in the Midwest and Western regions of the country, Fusion's innovative design, production and distribution strategies have led to a growth in business on the East Coast, leading the manufacturer to add to its team.

“The new members of our sales organization are experienced furniture reps who are not only able to present our brand to current and prospective dealers, but they can provide expert merchandising advice and training to facilitate sell-through,” said Fusion Designs President Marcus Bontrager. “Dealers in the Eastern region are increasingly looking for domestically produced, high-quality craftsmanship. Our manufacturing and distribution center in Indiana makes expedited delivery to the East Coast a very attractive option for these customers, and as a result, we have seen a steady increase in business from that region.”

Dealer response recently received a boost after Fusion recently opened its new permanent showroom in Las Vegas featuring innovative and inspirational retail displays designed to help dealers maximize their floor space and increase dollars-per-square-foot.

 “The Las Vegas showroom helped solidify to many dealers how to effectively and efficiently present our brand to their customers. Combine that with our made in America story and numerous customization options, and that is a powerful offer,” he added.

According to Norm Shrock, sales manager, the company’s entire rep force is armed with a number of new and improved sales tools designed to help simplify the ordering process and boost RSAs’ confidence in selling consumers custom finish options.
