Restonic Announces First Continuous Lifetime Licensee

A continuous and permanent licensing agreement between Restonic Mattress Corporation and Stylution Bedding has been inked. Under the terms of the agreement between the two companies, Stylution will have exclusive rights to manufacture and distribute the Restonic brand in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, China, Singapore and Malaysia.

“Stylution joined the Restonic family in 1983 as our first international licensee and this agreement continues our heritage of firsts together, focusing on the value of our long-term partnership,” said Ron Passaglia, President and CEO of Restonic Mattress Corporation. “Stylution’s security and investment of the Restonic brand is very important to our alliance and we’re looking forward to continuing to support the dreams of many consumers in this part of the world.”

Stylution has been a family-owned and operated manufacturer since 1973. They were founded in Taiwan and have expanded at a successfully steady rate into Hong Kong, Japan, China, Singapore and Malaysia. They own and operate more than 150 Restonic-exclusive retail stores and it’s felt, by both partners, that this new agreement will protect the brand integrity of Restonic in this part of the world for generations to come. Restonic is their only US-based brand.
