E.S. Kluft Promotes Pamela Sievers

E.S. Kluft & Co., manufacturers and distributers of Kluft and Aireloom luxury brand mattresses, has promoted Pamela Sievers to director key account development and field education. In this newly created position, Sievers will be responsible for developing and coordinating activities to support the company’s national accounts sales team, and spearheading all training and education opportunities for the company’s internal team and retail partners. She will report to E.S. Kluft & Company’s Vice President of Sales/National Accounts Dominick Azevedo.

Sievers started her career in 1975 working in the management training program at Montgomery Ward. In 1980, she assumed the role of planning and replenishment manger where she was responsible for furniture assortment planning and inventory control. She joined the May Company California, now a part of Macy’s, in 1986 as a special assistant to the senior vice president, director of sales. In 1990, Sievers joined Spring Air California supporting the marketing efforts for the company’s Back Supporter and Chattam and Wells brands. She started working with E.S. Kluft & Co. in 2006 as a key account representative responsible for the Macy’s, Bloomingdales and R.C. Willey in the western United States.

She has a great track record with these key accounts and her ability to develop and implement sales training programs has been a key component to the company’s growth.”
