Ergomotion Names 20-Year Veteran to Head Supply Chain Management for Growing Global Organization

Ergomotion recently announced the hiring of Shae B. Gentry as director of supply chain. Gentry has more than 20 years’ experience leading supply chain, logistics and transportation management for global companies. He will be responsible for end-to-end management of the company’s supply chain design and operations for retail distribution, e-commerce and home delivery. He reports to Kyle Muench, vice president of operations. Gentry will lead and develop Ergomotion’s growing operations group, and oversee the building of a logistics and supply chain network

“As we continue our strong global expansion we were looking for an experienced supply chain professional who can navigate the opportunities and challenges that are facing our brand. Shae’s expertise and experience will be invaluable as we expand our global footprint,” said Johnny Griggs, Ergomotion’s chief operating officer.

Gentry most recently was senior director of supply chain at Shippabo, a cloud-based supply chain management platform. Earlier, he spent nearly three years as director of logistics operations at PlayStation, and was director of transportation at Technicolor Global Logistics, a post he held from February 2009 to November 2013.

In addition, he was vice president of operations at FDSI Logistics from July 2007 to February 2009.
Gentry has completed coursework for a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management at Florida Metropolitan University, and last year earned certification in supply chain management, logistics and materials from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
