KTJ Design Co. Marks Dual Anniversaries with Open House Event

KTJ Design Co., led by Owner and Lead Designer Kathleen Jennison, is celebrating two milestones: five years of its retail store, The Shoppe, and Jennison’s 15-year career in interior design.

“I welcome our design and trade communities and local consumers to join us in honoring KTJ Design Co’s two remarkable milestones! KTJ Design Co will celebrate five years of delivering stunning interiors throughout California’s Central Valley and my 15-year journey as an award-winning luxury interior designer,” Jennison said.

The anniversary celebration will take place during an Open House on Thursday, March 20, at 4 p.m. at The Shoppe, located at 404 N Harrison St, Stockton, CA 95203. Guests are encouraged to RSVP on Eventbrite.

A Look Back at KTJ Design Co. and The Shoppe

KTJ Design Co. provides commercial and residential interior design services, including full-service interior design, furniture sourcing, kitchen and bath remodels, new construction, and custom window treatments. The Shoppe, which opened in 2019, serves as both a retail store and design studio for the firm, offering a curated selection of home furnishings, lighting, décor, mattresses, rugs, and custom upholstery options.

Jennison’s career in interior design began after a life-changing accident led her to earn a second degree in the field. She founded KTJ Design Co. and later expanded into retail, transforming a former candy factory into The Shoppe’s showroom. “I just loved the high ceilings, brick interiors, and the feeling that the factory’s industrial-chic foundation provided,” Jennison shared. “Remodeling this location wasn’t without challenges, but I was confident we could repurpose this space into a retail shop and design studio.”

Now a five-year destination for home furnishings, The Shoppe offers a range of design styles and customizable options. “We live for the details and we know that customization is essential. That’s why we love working with our customers to find the perfect piece for their space,” The Shoppe’s team commented.

Jennison invites clients, local businesses, and community members to join the celebration. “I invite our past clients, local businesses, and community members to come together to celebrate 15 years of breathtaking design and five years of transforming houses into homes.
