the acquisition of MacKenzie-Dow, a case goods manufacturer. Production has been relocated from West Virginia to
Charleston Forge's woodworking facility in Morganton, North Carolina.
This acquisition brings together two family-owned businesses committed to offering dealers high-quality, customizable
American-made furniture. Both companies share a dedication to exceptional customer service and craftsmanship.
Charleston Forge introduced a limited selection of MacKenzie-Dow products at the April 2024 High Point Market,
featuring pieces from the new Hemingway For The Home Collection. These products have been added to
the Charleston Forge catalog and price list, with a significant introduction planned for the upcoming fall High
Point Market.
