Kingsdown Announces Updates, Hits New Milestone with bedMatch™ System

Kingsdown, a manufacturer of premium mattress systems, has announced updates to its proprietary bedMATCH™ system. The diagnostic tool has surpassed 17 million consumer profiles and is used by more than 4,100 retail sales associates worldwide. The updates include a major brand refresh, improved design, and enhanced features for how the software guides and interacts with customers in multiple languages. The bedMATCH system has been redesigned with a more modern, streamlined look and a tighter, more flexible retail footprint.

The system features an antimicrobial fabric and sensors that scan the body and analyze thousands of calculations to provide customers with recommendations for the best mattress available in-store. The new system eliminates the need for printed results, instead providing shoppers with a unique QR code to take home their results, and the RSA receives the same code via email for follow-up. The updated user interface accommodates socially sensitive demographic questions, provides multi-language support, and expanded health and wellness profiling. 

Frank Hood, the president and CEO of Kingsdown, said that the redesigned bedMATCH system ensures the company's continued leadership in the in-store diagnostics space, and provides support for partner RSAs.
