Embello and National Media Partner Martha Stewart Living Introduce the “Living by Design” Showhouse

Embello, a home-focused influencer marketing platform, brings Meredith Corporation’s best-in-class lifestyle brand Martha Stewart Living on as a National Media Partner in its first-ever, forward-thinking virtual showhouse. The “Living by Design” showhouse will share what’s new and next for how America is living today, allowing consumers and designers to engage with today’s leading brands.

 

The “Living by Design” showhouse is set to launch in spring 2022. It will be designed by Brandon Architects, an award-winning architecture firm, and will be set in picturesque Bedford, New York, where Martha Stewart’s iconic residence is located.

 

Twenty mega interior design influencers will each design a room in the showhouse, incorporating sponsor products from celebrated brands, enhancing the virtual experience.

 

Reaching an audience of home and design enthusiasts and delivering an estimated 40 million total impressions, this virtual showhouse offers brand sponsors opportunities across print, digital, social media, influencer marketing and a virtual opening-night gala event. Martha Stewart Living inspires 7 million consumers across print, 11 million through its website, and 10 million across social media.

The “Living by Design” showhouse will live on its own dedicated website, featuring an interactive layout of the house, allowing consumers and designers to tour every room.  Multiple path-to-purchase callouts throughout the home will direct consumers to explore and engage with brands, purchase products, and/or set up design consultations. The “Living by Design” showhouse will have an extended pre-promotion period, with updates from the design influencers starting in October 2021 and going through March 2022.
