Jordan’s Furniture recently announced plans to open the company's first Maine location on July 17th.

The new location will be in the former Filene’s/Bon-Ton’s store at the Maine Mall in South Portland.

The company said the Maine location will have 120,000 square feet of showroom, making it the largest furniture store in the state. The store will be displaying furniture and mattresses on two levels, along with an 8,000 square foot outlet center.

The retail store will also include the state’s largest indoor adventure Ropes Course for kids and adults, as well as North America’s largest indoor LED ceiling. A food stand will serve refreshments such as hotdogs, popcorn, and ice cream.
