Brazilian Designers To Participate in ICFF New York

Continuing their mission of positioning Brazilian design professionals abroad, Raiz Project (Root Project) announced that it will participate in ICFF 2019, during New York Design Week. This initiative is promoted by the Bento Gonçalves Union of Furniture Industries (Sindmóveis) and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil), with support of the Consulate General of Brazil in New York.

A total of 19 Studios distributed over 3150 square fee will exhibit their most conceptual and creative products. The participating designers are: Alessandra Delgado, Aristeu Pires, , estudiobola, Furf Design, Guilherme Wentz, Guto Indio da Costa, Holaria, Jader Almeida, Konsepta, Larissa Batista, Lattoog, Marta Manente, NDT Design, Noemi Saga, Plataforma4, Ricardo Bello Dias, Sérgio Matos, Studio Vallvé and Wagner Archella.

ICFF hosts approximately 700 exhibitors and expects over 30 thousand professionals will attend, including interior designers, architects, retailers, representatives, distributors, facility managers, developers, manufacturers, store and visual merchandising designers. Interior and exterior furniture pieces and decorative objects will represent Brazilian design through Raiz Project. “This edition is extremely important for us, because consistency is a key factor for the success of an international project such as this one and a majority of the exhibitors has been with us for a few years now, and have gained direct recognition and business opportunities from international buyers, signaling the potential Brazil has in this market, one of the largest for furniture in the world,” explains Ana Cristina Schneider, Raiz Project Coordinator.
