Swan FRS Appoints Pete Morone as National Account Manager

Swan FRS recently announced that on the 21st of January, it appointed Pete Morone, as National Account Manager, to join Swan FRS’s USA operation. Pete will be reporting to Mark Jackson.
During Pete’s first couple of days at Swan, he said: “Thank you all for the warm welcome! With my 20+ years in the retail software industry, I believe a key difference in the success of one company or the other, is its people, and from what I've seen and felt in the short time I've been with Swan, the right people are here! I'm looking forward to working with each of you, and at some point, meeting you all.”
Mark Jackson, Business Development, also had a few words to add: “With Pete’s experience and knowledge of the home furnishings industry, we know that he is going to be a great asset to the business. Having a man on the ground demonstrates our commitment to the US market where we are selling FRS.”
Mark has commercial responsibility for the FRS, Midas and Manna products, which also includes Swan’s operations in the USA.
Since Swan Retail’s launch in October last year at the High Point Show, they are delighted with the progress Swan FRS are making – it is above and beyond their expectations.
Their customer base is growing very strongly with many new customers signing up for the SwanFRS pay as you go application – one every month. The benefits of a fully joined up solution with back office, Apps, eCommerce and point of sale applications, delivered as a cloud based solution is just the “ticket” for this home furnishing market sector.
Mark says “Swan was looking at our venture into the US as a long term project and we are extremely excited that the business is taking off far quicker than expected. Watch this space because we have more news to follow cementing our launch and building on our success.”
