Raffel Systems, an industrial technology company that designs and manufactures electronic controls and related technologies for motion furniture, bedding, cinema and industrial markets, announced that it has appointed John Dudash as its new CEO.

In his new role, Dudash is charged with broadening the 37-year-old company’s technological platform, introducing existing bespoke and patented technologies into other markets and channels, and further building on the brand equity and customer loyalty the company has historically enjoyed in its core markets.

“With the success that Raffel Systems has experienced in its core markets, we sought out John to lead us into untapped markets to further expand our growth while deepening our reach within existing customers,” said Raffel Vice Chairman and shareholder Paul Stangl.

After stints at Illume Candles and Emess Design Group, Dudash served most recently as CEO and President at Mity-Lite where sales and earnings tripled under his tenure.

"I am honored to have the opportunity to lead this exceptional organization of dedicated and talented professionals," said Dudash. "Raffel is positioned to be a leader in the power motion transformation across the globe, and the Company has continuously innovated with new products and technologies that bring value to its customers and end consumers across numerous markets”.
