WHFA Accepting Nominations for the 2009 Western Retailer of the Year Award

The Western Home Furnishings Association (WHFA) announced they are now accepting nominations for the 2009 Western Retailer of the Year. The Western Retailer of the Year recognizes and rewards the contributions of home furnishings businesses in the West dedicated to building industry excellence and is the home furnishings industry’s highest honor. Nominees for the Western Retailer of the Year demonstrate exceptional store design, innovative advertising and brand marketing, an unwavering commitment to community and the environment, outstanding operations and a continuing dedication to the home furnishings industry. Active members of the home furnishings industry, manufacturers, suppliers and industry press are eligible to nominate western home furnishings retailers for this prestigious award. Past winners of the Western Retailer of the Year award are: Jerome’s Furniture, 2008, Linder’s Furniture, 2007, Dearden’s, 2006, and Furniture Enterprises of Alaska, 2005.
