Rizzy To Offer Custom Size Rug Program In Las Vegas

Management at Rizzy, producers of Rizzy Rugs and Rizzy Home, announced that the company will be offering its customers a new Custom Size Rug Program in its new 8th floor World Market Center, C Building, next week. The Rizzy Custom Size Rug Program pertains to all the company’s hand-knotted and hand tufted collections and enables dealers to special order for its customers any rug in the size that will work for the consumer in any room of their home. According to VP of Sales, Mark Ferullo, “Our Custom Size program is yet another vehicle that we are offering our customers to help them make their respective rug departments a profit center. It’s very powerful for a store to be in a position provide its customers any rug in a special gallery presentation in their store, in a size that is custom made for each consumer.” RIZZY will offer this program to its new and existing customers with special terms that include a moderate percentage up charge and is equipping its sales representatives, customer service personnel and customers with formulas to enable them to cost-out any custom-sized rug. Company VP of Product Development, Doug Ernwein comments, “Many times the sales process at retail after selection is focused on finding just the right size rug for the customer and many times she buys what she considers the ‘best’ fit for her room, but not the ‘perfect’ fit. This program addresses that end user that wants the perfect rug in the perfect size. We think that she is an important customer to court.” Concurring is Ferullo, who remarks, “I could see a store do an advertising promotion announcing its custom size gallery; it’s a great way to draw into your store that customer that knows what she wants and can afford to get what she wants.” In Las Vegas the new 5500 square-foot Rizzy showroom will feature a large assortment of rugs accented with coordinating pillows, throws and bedding.
