Harden Hires CFO & Environmental, Health and Safety Engineer

American furniture manufacturer Harden has hired Richard Partlow as its new Environmental, Health and Safety Engineer and Richard Shaw as its new Chief Financial Officer.
As Environmental, Health and Safety Engineer, Partlow plays a vital role in Harden’s commitment to sustainable and environmentally responsible furniture manufacturing, and is responsible for compliance with federal, state and local environmental, health and safety regulations.
Partlow will also research, determine impact and respond appropriately to all environmental, health and safety issues, as well as facilitate and participate in a variety of environmental, health and safety inspections. He comes to Harden with a 20-year career in environmental management, most recently after with ENSR Corporation, an international environmental consulting and engineering firm, where he spent the past 16 years. He will report to Greg Harden, company president.

We’re glad to have someone with Rick’s insight, knowledge and wisdom on the subject oversee this division.”
Richard Shaw is Harden’s new Chief Financial Officer, and comes to the company with 18 years of experience, most recently with US Datanet Corp, where he was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer. Shaw began his career as a public accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Syracuse, and is a certified public accountant with the State of New York. He is a graduate of LeMoyne College in Syracuse.
In addition to directing the accounting and financial reporting, Shaw will also advise management and the Board of Directors on all financial matters affecting the company. He reports directly to Harden.
