Mount Vernon celebrates the 250th birthday of the Marquis de Lafayette and his historic friendship with George Washington with three new French furniture lines now available from Caperton Furnitureworks, Taylor King, and Durham Furniture. The collections draw upon the French influence that was found in Mount Vernon’s furnishings. Taylor King Taylor King introduces French-themed upholstery and furniture designs with its latest line in the Mount Vernon Collection, inspired by the Marquis de Lafayette. Historical references can be seen throughout all of the new fabrics and frame styles in the collection.
