Halvorsen Joins West Bros. As VP Sales & Marketing

Canadian Solid Wood Manufacturer West Bros. Furniture announced that they recently welcomed industry veteran Tom Halvorsen as their new Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Tom’s extensive knowledge of the furniture retail marketplace will be a great asset to our company as we continue to move forward and expand our business,” West Bros. President Paul West said in a statement. Halvorsen most recently held the same position with Pennsylvania House, and also enjoyed senior sales and marketing positions with Action/Lane, Stanley and Bernhardt. “This company continues to grow even during lean times, because they believe it is still possible to produce a quality domestic product with an uncompromising attention to detail and deliver it quickly“ said Halvorsen. “Their continued commitment to produce solid wood bedroom, dining room, entertainment and occasional products is definitely a testament to the company’s unique versatility,” he added. At the upcoming High Point in April, West Bros. will show at the 330 North Hamilton building (across from Baker Furniture) on the 3rd Floor, suite #302.
