Martin's Furniture in Bloomington, MN, Expands

Pantagraph.com reported that Minnesota base Martin's Furniture has invested nearly $800,000 to expand its Bloomington showroom and warehouse. The article noted that, "Since 2006, the Twin Cities has lost four furniture stores: Leath Furniture, formerly at 107 S. Mall Drive, Normal; Cohen’s Furniture and its Ethan Allen Gallery, both formerly at 1344 E. Empire St., Bloomington; and Lippmann’s Furniture and Interiors, formerly at 207 Landmark Drive in Normal. In addition, large retailers that offered furniture, including K’s Merchandise, have also closed."
