aspenhome® employees from the Phoenix home office recently joined together to raise money for breast cancer by participating in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer 5k walk in Phoenix. “This was the fifth year that we participated in this walk for a great cause,” stated Sandy Colvis, executive secretary for aspenhome. “We not only had our largest turnout of employees and families but also sold a record number of ‘Hope starts with me’ t-shirts and raised over $3000 in contributions.” Making Strides Against Breast Cancer is a noncompetitive walk to help fight breast cancer and provide hope to people facing the disease. The participation in the walk helps support American Cancer Society’s lifesaving research, prevention, early detection and support programs for thousands of patients and their families.
