Daphne Oliveros, the divisional manager of HomeWorld Furniture in Hawaii guessed “4525” which was the correct number of “ah” tennis balls in the giant 6 ft. tall tennis sleeve on display in the aspenhome High Point Showroom during the October Market. Oliveros won a trip for two to the 2008 US Tennis Open in New York. “We had a wide range of guesses from a couple hundred to a million but we were pleased to see that Daphne had the correct answer,” stated Dave Heard, executive vice president of sales at aspenhome. “This was a fun promotion that created a great deal of excitement for our dealers as it tied in with our year long campaign that focused on furniture designed for the way people live.
