The Greater New York Home Furnishings Association is hosting an Expo event on Wednesday, June 13th at 200 Lexington Avenue, NYC. Furniture retailers will have a chance to network with suppliers who provide home furnishings retailers with vital support services such as real estate and location consulting, furniture repair, insurance, advertising and financial services.
In addition, Julius Feinblum, of Julius M. Feinblum Real Estate, Inc., will lead off the event by speaking on the following topics:
- How To Position Your Store's Real Estate For The Future And Evaluate Your Current Locations And Future.
- How To Properly Find A Retail Furniture Location.
- How To Present & Negotiate For A Location In The Tri-State Area.
- How To Dispose Of Non-Performing Locations.
